BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals — from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.

Held in the therapy pool, this low-intensity workout uses equipment to help you build body strength, increase flexibility and enhance range of motion.Pre-Masters Swimming Class
Hosted by Swim Like a Pro, this class is designed for beginning and novice adult swimmers. During the eight-session course, you’ll learn swimming basics, including breast, back and freestyle strokes; kicking and breathing techniques; and flip turns and racing starts. Cycling
Whether your goal is to build endurance or train for a triathlon, this high-intensity group workout will strengthen leg muscles and burns calories.Prenatal Yoga*
In this prenatal yoga class, expectant Mother’s will be guided by certified yoga instructors through a variety of gentle movements and yoga poses that focus on building strength and support of the body to help prepare for childbirth. Classes will incorporate mindfulness practices with a focus on breathing techniques to help ease anxiety and stress. All prenatal yoga classes offered are accessible for any trimester, with modifications offered for each trimester.Additional benefits of prenatal yoga:

Add fun to your cardio routine with Zumba®. This dance-inspired workout involves aerobic elements and incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included for a fun, energizing, total body workout.

PWR! Moves: Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery
Tuesdays: 12:00pm-1:00pm, Thursdays: 11:00am-12:00pm
The focus of this program is improving movement, balance and coordination through group exercise sessions. PWR! Moves is based on training foundational skills that make up everyday function, allowing you to move more quickly and freely during daily activities.
Pedaling for Parkinson’s
Mondays and Wednesdays: 1:30pm-2:30pm
Pedaling for Parkinson’s is an indoor stationary cycling class that provides a safe and effective way for Parkinson’s patients to combat symptoms and improve motor function. Under the supervision of an Exercise Physiologist, patients will be coached to maintain a cycle speed of 80-90 RPM’s, increasing cardiovascular fitness and improving motor control. Additional work for strength and balance is included.
$10 per class I $60 for 10 classes
