DELAND, Fla., October 24, 2016 Family medicine physician Dr. Mohammed Asif has joined the Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners medical staff at Florida Hospital DeLand.
Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners is the employed group of more than 160 primary care physicians and specialists for the Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties.
As a family medicine physician, Asif has a special interest in acute and chronic disease management, preventative medicine, and geriatric care, as well as cancer and other diagnostic screenings.
Asif earned his medical degree at Deccan College of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, India. He completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine and family practice residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida.
