Physician referrals are not required for testing.

Horizon West Urgent Care Services
Our board-certified urgent care physicians are available seven days a week, with extended hours Monday through Friday. We provide on-site X-rays and lab tests, giving our team the answers they need to treat you quickly and effectively. Our physicians and nurses treat urgent, non-life-threatening medical conditions for adults and children. We also offer immunizations, like $30 flu shots. Illnesses and injuries we treat include:
