Our Practice
At AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Moss Park, we believe that every patient should have access to compassionate and comprehensive primary care. We make visits simple with same-day appointments and are now open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm to provide more convenient scheduling options. Our facility also specializes in chronic disease management, men’s and women’s health and preventive medicine.
Meet Grace Rosario, PA-C
Grace Rosario, MPAP, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant. After graduating from North Greenville University, she went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Practice at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine.
A highly experienced clinician, Grace is fluent in English and Spanish.
