Hiba Al-Dabagh, MD, is a board-certified endocrinologist specializing in treating patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and thyroid disorders. She is fluent in English and Arabic and works to deliver empathetic and compassionate care to every patient.

Dr. Al-Dabagh attended medical school at the University of Jordan Faculty of Medicine before pursuing two residencies: one in pediatrics at Howard University Hospital and the other in pulmonary disease at Jordan University Hospital. She then completed her medical training with an endocrine fellowship from Howard University Hospital.

As an endocrinologist focusing on metabolism and diabetes, Dr. Al-Dabagh helps her patients achieve autonomy over their condition. And with years of experience to inform her approach to care, you can count on her for healing that extends beyond your physical needs to support your whole-person health.

Cesar Bonilla, MD, FACC, is an eminently qualified cardiologist who is board certified in clinical electrophysiology, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. A native of Colombia, he was among the top 10 graduates in his class at the University of Cartagena Medical School and served in the Colombian Navy before moving to the United States for his internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Florida. He continued his training there with his cardiology fellowship, earning the title of Chief Fellow, and subsequently completed a fellowship in clinical echocardiography at the University of Florida’s Shands Jacksonville Cardiovascular Center. Dr. Bonilla has been affiliated with AdventHealth since 2014 and is actively involved in clinical research, including the evaluation of newly developed medical devices. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jessica Curry, MD is a board certified family medicine physician with over 8 years of clinical experience. Dr. Curry has special interests in women's health, diabetes management, adolescent medicine, health & nutrition, and patient health care literacy. Dr. Curry is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

Jeanine Jones-Donald RN, MSN, FNP-C, works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. She received her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing at Maryville University. She is honored to be a part of a profession that cares for people at some of the most vulnerable times in their lives and is committed to treating the whole person in body, mind and spirit.

Mohammad Ali Rizvi, DO is a fellowship-trained cardiologist. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Dr. Rizvi received his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee. He graduated as chief resident from his internal medicine residency which was one of the largest programs in the state. He went on to complete a cardiology fellowship at Steward Health in south Florida.

Dr. Rizvi has a strong passion for preventive cardiovascular medicine and is highly experienced in both outpatient and inpatient Cardiology. He is a proud father of two boys and one girl and is married to his high school sweetheart. Dr. Rizvi is excited to serve his hometown community of Central Florida.

Kristin Turner, APRN, is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. Kirstin provides compassionate care for patients in Clermont and the surrounding communities at AdventHealth Primary Care+ Clermont. She treats children and adults for various acute and chronic conditions, offering Pap smears, cryotherapy and more.

Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science degree at AdventHealth University before completing her Master of Science in family nurse practice at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

AdventHealth Primary Care+ Clermont is welcoming a new member to their esteemed medical team. Faith Zolfaghari, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Orlando with a focus on family nurse practitioner studies. Faith spent the last two years in community health, providing care to the underprivileged. She has a wide variety of clinical experience including treatments associated with childhood illnesses, aging and ongoing chronic conditions. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole-person care that heals the body, mind and spirit of every patient and their families.
