- David Collis, President

David Collis, President of AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida Division, has spent more than 25 years working with nonprofit organizations to help advance their missions through effective fundraising. In 1997, David joined the development team at Rollins College during their $100 million fundraising campaign, which ended in 2001 with more than $160 million in overall commitments. In 2005, he began a career as an independent fundraising consultant, working with clients such as AdventHealth, The Amazon Conservation Team and Habitat for Humanity Orlando.
We welcomed David in 2009 as Chief Development Officer, and he helped lead a successful $150 million fundraising campaign for the hospital. In 2017, David began his current role as President of AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida. He oversees seven Foundation Boards and is a member of the Health System Philanthropy Leadership Group, comprised of 15 Foundation Presidents from large health care systems from across the nation who are dedicated to advancing best practices in the industry. David’s favorite part of his work is helping donors match their passion to help others with opportunities that can change lives. He sees philanthropy as one of the most meaningful investments people can make in their lifetimes.
David graduated cum laude from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts and received his master’s degree from Georgetown University. He is married with two children.
- Jennifer McGreevy, Vice President

Jennifer McGreevy serves as a Vice President within the AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida and manages philanthropy efforts within the Children’s Hospital and the Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute. An accomplished fundraising leader with over 25 year of experience she spent the last decade leading Cleveland Clinic Florida’s advancement programs, greatly expanding philanthropic support for their tertiary and quaternary care, research and education. Prior to that she worked in education philanthropy as the Director of Annual Giving at Mount Saint Mary’s University and she successfully led capital campaigns at two different private secondary schools in Maryland. Jennifer also served as Director of Donor Relations and Special Events at Suburban Hospital, a Johns Hopkins and NIH affiliate located just outside of Washington DC.
Jennifer has an undergraduate degree from Hood College in Frederick, MD and a master’s in business administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She is passionate about healthcare philanthropy and the meaningful impact grateful individual have on the future of medicine and the lives of patient. Jennifer and her husband have two daughters, one attending university in New York and one in California.
- April Kauffman, Vice President

April Kauffman serves as the Vice President for the six AdventHealth Foundations in Flagler, Lake and Volusia counties. In this role, April develops strategically aligned opportunities to expand AdventHealth’s philanthropic impact through the markets.
April has nearly 26 years of experience, 23 of which has been with AdventHealth, and she most recently served as president of the AdventHealth Waterman Foundation where she led four successful capital campaigns totaling more than $18.5 million.
April earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Hood College in Maryland, a Masters in Health Leadership from Western Governors University in Utah, and she is a graduate of the AdventHealth physician leadership development program.
April enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and their two daughters, Morgan and McKenzie, as well as gardening and traveling. - Tom Kapusta, Assistant Vice President

Tom Kapusta is our Assistant Vice President and Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG). Tom has proudly served the Seventh-day Adventist Church for over forty years. Prior to AdventHealth, he directed the Planned Giving and Trust Services program for the Southern Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, an eight-state area in the Southeastern United States.
Tom’s ability to make friends with his donors and his technical skills in working with advanced planned giving techniques has provided the opportunity for multi-millions in charitable gifts and lifetime income to satisfied donors. He is a board member of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, the Philanthropic Advisors Council of Central Florida and a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.
Tom was awarded the Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) designation from the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies, California State University. Tom honorably served his country in the United States Air Force under the Strategic Air Command. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 50 years, his two sons, and granddaughters.
- Roel Yambao, Chief Operating Officer

Roel Yambao began his career at AdventHealth in 2006 at our East Orlando campus as a corporate development coordinator. After seeing the impact and efforts of what the Foundation was accomplishing around the community, Roel felt called to work here.
As our Chief Operation Officer, Roel oversees the support and operational functions of the Foundation. On the support side, Roel manages the events, marketing and finance teams. His sharp focus helps our processes become more efficient through benchmarking, policy and procedures.
Originally from South Florida, Roel moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. After receiving a bachelor’s in health sciences, he went on to attain his master’s degree in Health Administration in 2004. Roel enjoys spending his time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle and traveling with his family.
- Rebecca Becker, Director of Donor Relations

Rebecca (Becky) Becker is Director of Donor Relations at AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida. After moving to Florida in 2005, Becky joined AdventHealth Foundation to help build the Donor Relations Department. Prior to the Foundation, Becky taught high school English and Business Education for more than 15 years and was the Director of Alumni and Development at Andrews Academy, a private high school in Michigan.
Becky manages the donor database as well as stewardship and recognition programs at the Foundation. She is inspired by the passionate donors she works with every day who continue to make a difference in the community. She is also active in both the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
Becky graduated with an Honors B.A. in English from Andrews University and an M.A. in Education from Boise State University. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
- Ayslinn Husebo, Director of Communications and Annual Giving

Ayslinn Husebo joined AdventHealth in 2005 as a Marketing Manager for the Winter Park campus. Throughout her eight years in marketing, she managed comprehensive system and service line campaigns, multi-channel media buys and developed the Healthy 100 loyalty program through email, web, social, events, corporate relations and employee wellness initiatives.
Ayslinn is currently the Director of Communications and Annual Giving. She was brought on to the Foundation team in 2013 to produce the largest fundraising event in Central Florida, Golden Gala. She and her team managed over 50 annual core and endorsed events along with a 60+ group of community champions that focus on Golden Gala Auction. Most recently, Ayslinn leads external and internal communications, digital and online platforms, annual giving campaigns for over 10 beneficiaries and oversees marketing and branding for AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida.
A Florida native, Ayslinn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a minor in Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University and moved to Central Florida shortly after getting married. Ayslinn, her husband and two kids enjoy the beach and college football. She loves her career and the people she works with and considers AdventHealth her second family.
- John Subers, Palm Coast Foundation Director

John Subers is the Director of the AdventHealth Palm Coast Foundation and the AdventHealth Hospice Care East Florida Foundation. John has been the Director for since 2009. Prior to AdventHealth, he directed professional golf tournaments on the PGA TOUR, LPGA Tour and Champions Tour throughout the United States.
The Foundations under his leadership have been successful in raising money to expand the healthcare in Flagler County as well as linking the community to our local hospital.
John’s education started with a under graduate degree in Marketing from Florida State University and in 2012 earned Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.
John is very active in our local community and sits on several community boards.
John enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years, his three sons and four grandchildren.
- Julie Rand, Daytona Beach Executive Director

Julie Rand serves as Executive Director of AdventHealth Daytona Beach and manages philanthropy efforts at that campus. A fundraising executive with a proven track record of success spanning over three decades in health care, higher education, the arts and political campaigns, she has been with AdventHealth since 2015 and is responsible for leading a board of community leaders that supports and guides the mission of the Foundation and ensures yearly fundraising goals are met.
Julie is a native Floridian and is active in the Daytona Beach community where she serves on several boards and works closely with other professional, civic and private organizations. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business and is passionate about the health and success of her community. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. - Mabel Valdivia, Waterman Foundation Executive Director

Mabel Valdivia Diaz serves as the Executive Director of the AdventHealth Waterman Foundation in Tavares. For the last 25 years, Mabel Valdivia has been a noteworthy philanthropy leader spearheading numerous multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns at national and international non-profits focused on various sectors including public health, youth development, emergency response and food security and economic development. Her experience beyond philanthropy includes serving on agriculture advocacy groups, leading volunteer emergency response teams in Honduras and organizing strategic partnership events with celebrities. Joining AdventHealth in 2022, Mabel is returning to her Central Florida roots and is positively impacting the healthcare landscape in the Lake County community through charitable giving opportunities.
Mabel’s passion for non-profit work and community engagement stems from her deep commitment to issues of equity among underrepresented groups. A lifelong learner, Mabel holds a Master’s in Public Policy from American University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Non-profit Management. In her spare time, Mabel enjoys reading, sharing good food with friends, and traveling with her husband Jose and their two girls Issy and Mariella. - Executive Board
