Vicky Scott, DO, FACOG, ACLM, AIHM

Dr. Scott has cared for women in Western North Carolina for more than 30 years and has a passion for wellness education. She strives to be a resource for her patients, providing individualized care and collaboration on their health care journey.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington State University in Cheney, WA and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, MI. She went on to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program from Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH.

Dr. Scott’s wholistic approach to patient care motivated her to continue on in her education. She became board-certified by both the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine, and also the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr. Scott is an avid hiker and recently backpacked the entire 211-mile John Muir Trail. She and her husband love living and hiking in the mountains of Western North Carolina. They have raised two daughters and enjoy spending time with family and traveling.

To provide patients with a non-judgmental atmosphere that recognizes the wholeness they already possess. This posture and attitude engender a natural awareness that health comprises a balance of body, mind, and spirit. When confronted with events like illness or tragedy that create imbalances, patients can trust that they will be cared for and that they will be provided with everything they need.
