Rhonda Harmon, MD

Rhonda Harmon, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group’s specialized surgery team in Orlando. She is one of Central Florida’s leading providers of surgical interventions for skin and breast cancer, with special interests and expertise in oncoplastic breast surgery and treatments for melanoma and subcutaneous lesions. A respected researcher and international presenter, Dr. Harmon currently serves as Director of Research for the AdventHealth Surgical Residency Program and is on the faculty of both the UCF College of Medicine and Florida State University. A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, she completed her internship and residency in general surgery at Washington Hospital Center in the nation’s capital, where she culminated her tenure as Chief Resident.
