Patricia Smolter, DO, FACOEP, MHSA, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive leadership experience. She currently serves as the Vice Chief of Staff and Facility Medical Director at AdventHealth Waterman, playing a key role in clinical operations and quality care initiatives. With a strong background in leadership and patient care, she has held various roles, including Chair of the Department of Medicine and Medical Director of the Stroke-NeuroScience Institute, and is actively involved in AdventHealth’s corporate emergency department council.
She is committed to ensuring patients receive high-quality emergency care – when and where they need it. She leads her team from the front, consistently providing the highest quality care while ensuring patients and their loved ones feel supported during their time of need.
