Care Philosophy

Dr. Lipman is board certified in adult gastroenterology and hepatology. She believes excellent and compassionate patient care involves listening to the patient and understanding how they are feeling and why they came to see her. She knows that when you are not feeling well or when there is uncertainty, the entire process can be overwhelming. She evaluates patients’ symptoms by considering the whole patient rather than focusing in on specific complaints. Dr. Lipman tries to listen to what is bothering you and how it is affecting your life. Ultimately, she hopes to provide answers, a plan of care, reassurance, and improvement in her patients’ quality of life.
