Biography

Leonel Fleurimond, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with ten years of critical care nursing experience. He earned a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, in 2021. He completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami in Miami, FL, in 2014, and a second bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, in 2010.

He began his career as a registered nurse at Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he spent four years, broadening his experience by working at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in Orlando, FL, and then starting a career as a traveling registered critical nurse. Since 2023, Leonel has been a wound care nurse practitioner in Orlando.

Personal Interests

During his free time, he enjoys traveling, participating in nursing organizations and conferences, spending time with family and friends and working out at the gym.
