Jill Spangler Whitesell, DO, is a Board-certified family physician with AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Shawnee Mission. Dr. Whitesell joined AdventHealth in 2024 after working as a family physician in Nevada, Mo. for 17 years. Her extensive primary care experience includes management of a wide variety of chronic and acute physical and behavioral health conditions, as well as medical leadership at a long-term care facility and medical collaboration with a public school district.
She earned her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and she completed her residency at CoxHealth Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Whitesell welcomes new patients of all ages.
