Jeremy Sneider, NP, S

Jeremy Sneider, MSN, APRN-C, CWON-AP,is an advanced practice registered nurse, experienced in providing quality health care in highly specialized practices. He has an additional certification in advance practice wound and ostomy care. He works closely with our colorectal surgeons to provide
individualized specialty care. This includes all aspects of care including patient evaluation
and management, medication prescribing, and ordering necessary labs and diagnostic tests.
Jeremy is an elected member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He earned his Bachelor of
Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida and holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a special focus on senior adult medical care from the University of South Florida. He received his advanced practice wound and ostomy certification from the Metropolitan State University’s Wound Ostomy and Continence Program.

Jeremy enjoys spending time cooking and baking bread. He and his wife have a small flock of backyard chickens he tends on the weekend. He also enjoys working on projects around the house, listening to audiobooks, and practicing martial arts.
