Jennifer Sturich-Cummins, MD, believes that good nutrition and mindful lifestyle choices form the foundation for good health.
As a Board-certified family medicine physician with additional training in integrative medicine and nutritional science, Dr. Sturich-Cummins knows that all aspects of a person’s health are interconnected. So, she asks questions that will help her get to the root of an ailment or injury, she explores overlapping symptoms and conditions and she empowers the patient by offering various treatment options.
Dr. Sturich-Cummins sees patients of all ages at Primary Care at Shawnee Mission. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency, including service as chief resident, at Research Medical Center. When she’s not at the office taking care of patients, she enjoys cooking, exercising, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
