Jennifer Kramer, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse highly experienced in providing whole-person primary and urgent care to patients of all ages. Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Tennessee State University in Nashville. A highly experienced clinician, she has been taking care of patients and families since 2005 using evidence-based treatment plans to treat the whole person — body, mind and spirit.
