Javier Emilio Marinez, MD

Javier Marinez, MD, is a board-certified infectious disease specialist with more than 24 years of experience. Dr. Marinez received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in Miami, FL. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and completed fellowship training in infectious diseases at the University of South Florida School of Medicine in Tampa, FL. Dr. Marinez has been practicing in Altamonte Springs, FL, since 2011, and before that provided primary care at Hidalgo Medical Services in Silver City, NM. He participated in numerous medical research projects as a sub-investigator with the University of South Florida and the Hillsborough County Health Department.
