Donoffa Nelson, DO, DipABLM, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She accepts patients of all ages and offers specialized care in lifestyle medicine, emphasizes personalized strategies in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep optimization, and fostering healthy relationships to empower patients to achieve optimal well-being. Dr. Nelson completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Miami Coral Gables before completing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Nelson enjoys reading, spending time with family and hosting events.
