Dennis C. Smith, Jr., MD, FACS, FASMBS, is a board-certified bariatric surgeon, and fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He joins the team at Center for Metabolic & Obesity Surgery to provide comprehensive bariatric services, including the duodenal switch procedure. Previously, Dr. Smith served as the medical director of a bariatric surgery program in Marietta, GA. He brings over two decades of surgical experience and diverse medical training, certain to meet the unique needs of bariatric and metabolic surgery patients, as well as their caregivers.
