Courtni Parker, APRN, FNP-C

Courtni Parker, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-certified family nurse practitioner with the AdventHealth Whole Health Institute. Using a functional medicine approach, she specializes in treating autoimmune diseases and associated disorders such as psoriasis, autoimmune arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, Hashimoto’s, and fibromyalgia.

Courtni is passionate about helping adults and children reach their full potential and lead healthier, happier lives. With a diverse background in health care and advanced training in nutrition, thyroid health, and medical weight loss, she is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care and support to her patients. She helps her patients create healthy lifestyle habits for longevity, developing plans for sustainable weight loss, and understanding and treating the root cause of chronic illnesses, including autoimmune diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, GERD, and more. Additionally, she helps individuals heal skin problems like acne and eczema.

Courtni earned a bachelor of arts before pursuing a bachelor of science in nursing and then a master of science in nursing. She joined the Whole Health Institute in 2025 and welcomes new patients.
