Christopher Moyer, DO, MHA, is a Board-certified family physician with AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Prairie Star.
After earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Moyer earned both his doctorate of osteopathic medicine (DO) and his master of healthcare administration (MHA) from Des Moines University. He then moved to Kansas City to complete his family medicine residency, including service as Chief Resident, at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has researched and presented on various topics across the field of primary care and was awarded Most Outstanding Graduate Presentation in Biomedical Science at the Des Moines University Research Symposium.
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Moyer enjoys hiking, running and spending time with his wife and daughters.
