Dr. Sorensen earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. He did his residency for surgery and urology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and earned the Urology Resident Research Award while there. Dr. Sorensen is a member of the American Urological Association, South Central Section of AUA, Rocky Mountain Urological Society, and Endourological Society-Resident.
