David Garcia, DPT, OCS
David Garcia is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist and clinical operations manager at the AdventHealth Training Center. He also serves as an instructor and mentor in the orthopedic and sports physical therapy residency program. He has a special interest in rehabbing ACL's and the overhead athlete. David graduated from Andrews University in 2013 and brings over 10 years of experience working with the recreational athlete through the professional athlete in the Olympics, NBA, NFL, and MLB.

Rachel Mortinsen-Lazer, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS
Rachel Mortinsen-Lazer is a licensed and board-certified athletic trainer. Rachel completed her degrees at the University of Central Florida and previously worked with UCF’s Athletic Association. Expanding her credentials, she obtained her certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Rachel has worked with recreational, high school, collegiate and professional athletes throughout her career. She practices an active lifestyle and is passionate about assisting others in achieving their peak performance.

Tony Munoz, MS, LAT, ATC, CES, PES
Tony Munoz is a board-certified and licensed athletic trainer. Tony has worked with multiple high level collegiate programs such as the University of Florida, Mississippi State University, and most recently the University of Central Florida. He has worked with various levels of athletes ranging from recreational to professional. Tony holds certifications in corrective exercise and performance enhancement specialties as well as a vast variety of manual therapy techniques.

Lenni Jo Yarchin, PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Lenni Jo Yarchin (also known as "LJ") earned her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2013. She took her education and credentials to the next level by becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Lenni Jo has spent her entire career, and most of her life, involved in Sports Medicine. She competed in the Junior Olympics for both gymnastics and volleyball and was also competitive with flag football and power lifting. While you will still catch her in the gym 4-5x/week, she also really enjoys Yoga and Latin Dance. She has boundless energy for the work that she does because every single patient fuels her passion to be the best physical therapist she can be every single day.
