Congratulations to our incredible NICU team as they have received the 2024 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for the second year in a row! This team’s dedication to providing compassionate, preeminent, consumer-focused clinical care is unwavering and we are proud to see their hard work being honored through this prestigious recognition.
“I am so very proud that AdventHealth Avista’s NICU has been recognized by Press Ganey for the second year in a row,” said Chief Nursing Officer, Nina Huffer. “This team scored in the top five percent, 95th percentile, over the span of four quarters from 4/1/23 - 3/31/24 of Press Ganey clients and is being recognized amongst other organizations across the nation that show the highest levels of standards in patient experience. This is a true testament to the excellent care we provide our most vulnerable patients.”
Receiving this designation once is impressive but to have received it back-to-back years is truly inspiring. Congratulations once again to our outstanding team for this well-deserved recognition and thank you for your unwavering dedication. Together, we will continue to make a difference in the lives of our patients and community.
