Prairie Village, Kan. Shawnee Mission Health (SMH) has expanded its primary care services in northeast Johnson County with a new location for Shawnee Mission Primary Care (SMPC) Prairie Village, which opened in early November with three physicians. This is the ninth SMPC location in Johnson County, Kan.
Christopher Ehly, MD, has relocated to the new practice from SMPC Prairie Star; Rebecca Ruble, MD, has relocated from SMPC Lenexa; and Elizabeth Volk, MD, has relocated from the previous SMPC Prairie Village location. All three physicians are Board-certified in Family Medicine.
"We look forward to helping meet the growing health care needs in northeast Johnson County with this expanded care team and brand-new office," said Shawnee Mission Physician Enterprise Chief Operating Officer Scott Woods. "In the coming months, we will be growing the team at Prairie Village even further and offering expanded office hours, which we know is important to patients and their families."
SMPC Prairie Village is located in a new building at 7501 Mission Rd, on the southeast corner of 75th St. and Mission Rd. The physicians at SMPC Prairie Village treat patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. Appointments are available by calling Call913-632-9880.
