AdventHealth has named Frank Carter to the position of vice president of brand, effective June 23, 2019. In this role, Carter will lead strategy and the road map for AdventHealth’s brand in support of the health system’s mission, vision and business goals. He will report to Vickie White, senior vice president of marketing and innovation for AdventHealth.
“Frank is a senior marketing executive with a proven track record in leading successful corporate marketing strategies and guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic and changing environment. His expertise in strategy development and execution, brand creation and management, and partnership relations will bring significant knowledge, experience and value to our organization,” said White.
Since 2014, Carter has served in multiple positions with AdventHealth in Central Florida. In his most recent position as executive director of consumer marketing, he oversaw marketing and branding initiatives for the region’s acute hospitals, institutes and ambulatory networks. Before joining AdventHealth, Carter served as the corporate marketing director for EXP Global. Prior to EXP, Carter led brand and marketing efforts for Tribune’s multi-media operation, Orlando Sentinel.

A graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing, Carter is an ardent fan of the Crimson Tide. He has been married for 25 years to his wife, Annette, and together they have two daughters, Kailey and Olivia.
