Newsweek, a leading news magazine and website, recently released its list of the World’s Best Hospitals for 2020, and four AdventHealth hospitals are among those recognized. This marks the second year that Newsweek released the rankings.
AdventHealth Orlando, AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Hinsdale, Parker Adventist Hospital and Porter Adventist Hospital are among nearly 300 U.S. hospitals to make the 2020 World’s Best Hospitals list.
To be considered, hospitals had to have a capacity of at least 100 beds. They were ranked based on three data sources: recommendations from medical experts, medical key performance indicators and existing patient experience surveys. In all, more than 1,500 hospitals from 21 countries worldwide were featured on the list.
