DELAND, Fla., August 7, 2019 – Family medicine physician Dr. Robert Solomon has joined AdventHealth Medical Group.
As an AdventHealth Medical Group physician, Solomon joins AdventHealth’s employed group of physicians with more than 300 providers, including 160 primary care doctors and specialists in Volusia, Flagler and Lake counties.
Solomon cares for patients ages two and older and provides routine wellness visits, annual physicals, immunizations and vaccinations, as well as work, school and sports physicals. He also provides knee, shoulder, hip and trigger point injections and removes skin lesions. In addition, he focuses on preventive medicine and geriatric care, and manages acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension and diabetes.
In Tallahassee, Florida, he earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine.
He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
His practice accepts new patients and most insurance plans. His office is located at 1431 Orange Camp Road, Suite 118/119, DeLand, and can be reached at Call386-943-3234.
