AdventHealth Foundation Receives Generous Grant from E.O. Robinson Mountain Fund

January 28, 2025 — We are thrilled to announce that our Foundation has been awarded a generous grant of $3,750 from the E.O Robinson Mountain Fund of Lexington, Kentucky. This grant was used to purchase a much-needed blanket warmer cabinet for our hospital, significantly enhancing the comfort and care we provide to our patients.

Before this grant, our hospital had only one blanket warmer in the Emergency Department (ED). Thanks to this new addition, we now have a second blanket warmer that will benefit patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Surgical Unit (Med/Surg), and Obstetrics (OB). This improvement is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing comfort and care for our patients.

In the accompanying photo, you can see Foundation Coordinator, Elaina McPhetridge, and Nursing Director, Sarah White, BSN, RN, who have been instrumental in securing this grant and ensuring its successful implementation.
