Jeffrey Keen, MD, FAAOS

Jeffrey S. Keen, MD, FAAOS, is board-certified orthopedic surgeon who earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. He also holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Keen finished his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL, then completed his fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Sports Medicine at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York, NY. Dr. Keen, who most recently practiced at Flagler Health Plus Orthopedic Specialist/UF Health St. Johns in St. Augustine, Florida, also worked as an orthopedic surgeon at Flagler Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Palm Coast, FL. Dr. Keen has contributed to several research publications, and he is dedicated to providing whole-person care to each of his patients, considering body, mind and spirit.
