Mari Rivera, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist. Dr. Rivera received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where she graduated with high honors. She went on to complete her internship and residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor. She later served as Senior Chief Fellow in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, at the University of Florida. Dr. Rivera is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
