Tyler Chan, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon and endocrine surgeon specializing in thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal surgery.
Dr. Chan earned his medical degree at the University of Sydney. He then completed his general surgery residency at Drexel University and endocrine surgery fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Chan spent several years working as a research associate for various universities, and his research has been published in several medical journals. He’s recognized by various organizations, having earned awards and recognitions of honor, including the Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching.
