Andrew Martin, MD, is board certified in internal medicine and in diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism. He primarily focuses on diabetes care including the provision and management of insulin pumps and glucose sensors for those with Type 1 diabetes and the implementation of lifestyle modification and weight management programs for patients with Type 2 diabetes. Dr. Martin earned his medical degree from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and underwent his residency training in internal medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, prior to completing an advanced fellowship in endocrinology at George Washington University Medical Center.
