Biography

Glenda “Susie” Parton, CNM, APRN, completed her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1994 at Redlands College in Edmond, OK. She was a medical-surgical and emergency room nurse for some time, and in 1996, began working as a labor and delivery nurse where she found her calling. She thereafter earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Florida Southern University and continued to Frontier Nursing University for her midwife certification. She completed her degree in July 2008 and joined Heart of Florida OB/GYN – now AdventHealth Medical Group OB/GYN – that same year. Susie is a mother of three and enjoys helping new moms who reside in and around Davenport, Lake Wales and Winter Haven.
