Jeffrey Viar, DO, is a rural health clinic physician for AdventHealth Multispecialty Clinic Foothills. He provides primary care with highly skilled, personalized attention for patients in all stages of life, from infants to the elderly. He has expertise in treating diabetes, Alzheimer's dementia, and hypertension, among other conditions.
Dr. Viar was named 2020 Rural Health Practitioner of the Year by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). This distinction marks the first time a practitioner in North Carolina has won this national award.
