Jacinta Feldman, APRN

Jacinta “Cindy” Feldman has been a certified nurse midwife for over thirty years. She graduated Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1978. She was commissioned into the Air Force nurse corps and served 10 years. After graduation from Georgetown University Nurse Midwifery Masters program in 1988, she began a 33 year career attending birth in a variety of settings. Mrs. Feldman has worked in Volusia County since 1992 and was the first nurse midwife to have hospital privileges in the county. In the ensuing 35 years as a CNM and ARNP, she has provided women care throughout their life time. Even now delivering babies whom she delivered decades ago. She has also been a mentor and preceptor to midwife and medical students from a handful of universities including the distinguished FSU program.
