How Teresa Leads at AdventHealth
Teresa Noland serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at AdventHealth Lenexa City Center. Teresa joined AdventHealth in 2023 as played a crucial role as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.
She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience with 15 years serving as a nurse executive. Prior to joining AdventHealth, she served on executive teams at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Saint Luke’s Community Hospitals, Rock Regional Hospital and, most recently, Prime Healthcare – Saint Joseph Medical Center. She is a Board-certified Nurse Executive Advanced, Certified Patient Safety Professional and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, all contributing to her success as a leader.
Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a respected thought leader, having shared her expertise on topics such as employee engagement, professional presence, and improving patient experience at various conferences and institutions. She is a heart-forward, inspirational, and relational leader with a proven track record of transforming healthcare environments into positive workplaces where team members thrive.
