Sarah Forars, MD, is a board-certified family medicine practitioner. Family medicine allows her to build patient relationships and provide continuity of care. Dr. Forars earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Lancaster, Penn. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians.
When she’s not working, Dr. Forars enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. She loves being outdoors, hiking or skiing.
