Sara Robison, DO

Sara Robison, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN. She is a highly experienced practitioner, meeting women’s health care needs in all stages of life. Her areas of focus include routine and high-risk pregnancy, cervical cancer screening, abnormal pap smear/HPV treatment, birth control, STI screening and treatment, abnormal periods, PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility, sexual dysfunction, menopause and pelvic organ prolapse.

Dr. Robison received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at McLaren Greater Lansing/Michigan State University. As part of her practice, she performs procedures including colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsy, vulva/vaginal biopsy, IUD insertion/removal, hysteroscopy, dilation & curettage, polypectomy, myomectomy, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy care and labiaplasty.

Dr. Robison’s journey into the field of medicine started as a general love for science and a curiosity about the human body. She was fascinated by the adaptations and changes seen in the body throughout pregnancy and childbirth and felt that by becoming a physician, she could help patients navigate their pregnancies and gynecologic conditions across the lifespan.

Dr. Robison loves exploring all the beauty that Colorado has to offer through road trips, hiking and camping. In her downtime, she spends time with her partner, dog and cat, watching movies and playing games.

Through Dr. Robison’s osteopathic training, she learned the “whole-person” approach to medicine – treating the entire person rather than just their symptoms. She is committed to getting to know her patients as individuals so she can understand their unique needs. She believes it is important to educate her patients on their conditions and all treatment options to collaborate in making the best plan to meet their goals.
