Dr. Luis Fernandez is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 30 years of experience. He received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where he also completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency. He is fluent in Spanish.
