Lona Arotin, NP

Lona Arotin, NP, chose medicine to help her patients feel heard and included in their medical/health journey. Her deep desire is to educate her patients and strive to include them in decision making. Lona wants her patients to feel empowered, listened to, and cared for no matter their concern. Lona helps her patients with chronic care of conditions like hypertension, diabetes, obesity, depression and anxiety. She also treats acute care of injuries and illnesses including colds, flu, COVID, strains/sprains. Lona helps her patients understand their general preventative care.

When she’s not helping her patients on their health journey, Lona enjoys jet skiing, paddle boarding, running, pickleball, and doing DIY projects at her home.

Lona strives to work together with her patients to determine a plan of care that includes the whole person. She feels that lifestyle, specifically exercise and nutrition, are the keys to prevention and treatment of most medical problems.
