Lloyd Mobley, MD

Dr. Mobley is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He received his medical degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and completed his neurosurgical residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Mobley was trained in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders that affect the spinal column, brain, nervous system and peripheral nerves. His training included extensive exposure in minimally invasive and complex surgery techniques.

Dr. Mobley specializes in brain and spine tumors, minimally invasive spine surgery, degenerative spinal disorders, compression fractures, kyphoplasty, carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve compression, and all general neurosurgical procedures. Dr. Mobley has received numerous honors. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society for the exceptional, compassionate, and technical care he displays while handling his patients and their families. He has received awards for his medical research and for his professional and empathetic, comforting manner. He has served in various hospital and administrative positions including Neurotrauma Director, peer review committee member, and faculty at Rocky Vista University teaching both medical students and residents. He belongs to AANS, the scientific educational association dedicated to advancing the specialty of neurological surgery in order to provide the highest quality of neurosurgical care to the public.

In addition, Dr. Mobley was a consultant for the Denver Broncos from 2004-2010 and provided emergency coverage for the team. Go Broncos! On a personal note, Dr. Mobley enjoys balancing his busy medical practice by spending time with his wife and 2 sons and running marathons.
