Ewa Krupa-Widerholdt, MD, believes that medicine, at its core, is one of the most exciting, noble, and impacting careers that she could pursue. She trusts that her work helps to improve the wellbeing and health of the entire community. Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt treats the following conditions: hypertension, hyperthyroidism, depression, metabolic disorders, anxiety, arthritis, back pain, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, type 2 diabetes, and vascular disease. She also performs skin biopsies and cryotherapy. Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt works with her patients as a team to help them in their journey to achieve specific health goals. She will assist her patients in all the steps of their process to reach their full potential and independence.

Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt earned her medical degree from the Medical University of Silesia Katowice in Poland. She attended Saints Mary & Elizabeth Medical Center Affiliated with University of Illinois College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt has participated in the following organizations: Polish Club of Denver, Colorado Academy of Family Physicians, Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, Breast Forum Amber Coalition, Polish-American Medical Society, Polish Medical Society, Lodz, Poland.

When not helping her patients live healthier lives, Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt enjoys hiking, skiing, cycling, boating, travel, theater, and comedy.

Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt believes that the human body is self-healing and a God-created wonder. She seeks to stimulate the healing process in her role as a physician. Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt and her patients are a team, with the goal to preserve, maintain, and improve the patient's mental and physical wellbeing. She uses the highest quality medical treatments available including lifestyle modification, exercise, diet, power of positive thinking, and medications. Dr. Krupa-Widerholdt actively keeps up to date on all the new medical treatments, attends medical conferences, and subscribes and reads the latest medical literature in order to best serve her patients.
