Erin Daniels, DNP

Erin Daniels, DNP-C, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages for acute concerns, chronic disease management and preventive medicine. Erin will be your partner in health care that focuses on joint decision-making.

Erin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Denver School of Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado.

She’s a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American College of Physicians (ACP).

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, hiking, going for walks, trying out new restaurants and going to movies.

Erin’s care philosophy centers on treating patients with compassion, empathy and respect while considering their cultural and social backgrounds. She fosters open communication and actively listens to patients' concerns, needs and goals to earn a trusting, long-term relationship. She also strives to provide personalized evidence-based care and empowers patients to make informed decisions about their health. It is an honor to care for the surrounding community.
