Elise Yerelian, MD

Elise Yerelian, MD, is a family medicine specialist treating all ages. She values the ability to build long-term relationships with her patients and treat them holistically with disease management, well checks, sick visits, mental health support and more.

Dr. Yerelian earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before achieving her medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She also completed residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver.

Outside of work, Dr. Yerelian stays busy camping, backpacking, skiing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children and friends.

Elise Yerelian, MD, enjoys working with each patient to tailor a treatment that is best for them. Dr. Yerelian strives to know patients on a personal level, creating an open and safe environment that allows them to feel comfortable and cared for.
