Amanda Hittson, DO

Amanda Hittson, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who cares for women throughout all stages of life. She is humbled and honored to be present during some of the most important and intimate moments in her patient’s lives. As an OB/GYN, she assists her patients with the following conditions: pregnancy, high-risk pregnancy, infertility, contraception, vaginal and vulvar conditions, STI screening and counseling, sexual health, perimenopause and menopause, abnormal uterine bleeding, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and endometriosis. She performs several procedures in the office including, but not limited to vulvar biopsies, colposcopies, LEEPs, and diagnostic hysteroscopies. In the operating room, she performs multiple minimally invasive procedures including laparoscopic hysterectomies, management of ovarian pathology, and tubal ligation. She also performs operative hysteroscopies for polyps, fibroids, and endometrial ablations among other procedures.

Dr. Hittson attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school. She double majored in biology and Spanish at Bucknell University and studied abroad in Spain and Peru. Dr. Hittson completed her OB/GYN residency at SCL Health Saint Joseph Hospital (now Intermountain) and practiced in central Denver for several years before moving to the southern suburbs with her growing family.

Dr. Hittson works to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where her patients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns openly. She strives to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of women's health. Dr. Hittson’s goal is to help patients feel informed, empowered, and in control of their own health.
