Alexis Balstad, MD, is board-certified OB/GYN. She is a highly experienced practitioner, meeting women’s health care needs across the lifespan, including in the areas of birth control, routine and high-risk obstetrics, gynecological disorders and procedures, and menopause management. She felt drawn to pursue obstetrics and gynecology as it fulfilled her lifelong interest in health and science as well as her desire to help and heal women.
Dr. Balstad received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, going on to complete an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Monmouth Medical Center in Longbranch, NJ.
