AdventHealth joined the Lightning Foundation and the Tampa Bay Lightning for the 21st Annual Bolt Run. Physical therapists from AdventHealth played an active role in the well-being of participants by providing a foam rolling area where runners and walkers learned about pre-and post-race stretching. Additionally, trainers shared expertise on how running and stretching can lead to a healthier lifestyle.
