Care Advocacy is the next level of integrated care from AdventHealth, helping eliminate any pain points that our consumers face when focusing on their healthcare. Using the AdventHealth app, your Care Advocate team works alongside you and your doctor to make sure you get your questions answered as quickly as possible.

Care Advocates are members of our team who help connect patients with our services and providers. Using the AdventHealth app, your Care Advocate works alongside you and your doctor to make sure you get your questions answered as quickly as possible.
- How does Care Advocacy work?

You can chat with a Care Advocate through two-way messaging in the AdventHealth app and at AdventHealth.com at any time. Our team is online and available to respond Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm. Patients with an AdventHealth primary care physician will be assigned their own dedicated Care Advocate.
- What can my Care Advocate do?

Through messaging in the AdventHealth app, your Care Advocate can help reschedule an appointment, check on a refill, ask for a referral and answer other questions you may have about your care.
- How do I access Care Advocacy?

You can chat with one of our Care Advocates by logging into the AdventHealth app or AdventHealth.com and sending a message.
- When can I start using Care Advocacy?

You'll be able to chat with your Care Advocate in the AdventHealth app or at AdventHealth.com on November 2nd.
- When is the Care Advocate available?

The Care Advocate team is available to chat Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, but please feel free to send along questions or requests whenever it's convenient for you.
- Can I call or email my Care Advocate?

The Care Advocate team is only available through messaging within the AdventHealth app and AdventHealth.com.
- Who can talk with a Care Advocate?

Anybody over the age of 18 can chat with our Care Advocates. Patients with an AdventHealth primary care physician will be assigned their own dedicated Care Advocate.
- Do I have to be a patient to use it?

Anybody over the age of 18 can use this feature within our app. However, patients with an AdventHealth primary care physician will be assigned their own dedicated Care Advocate.
- How much does talking to a Care Advocate cost?

Talking with a Care Advocate through our app is free.
- I don't have a PCP, how do I find one?

Our Care Advocates can help connect with you one of our providers. All you need to do is download the AdventHealth app, create an account and begin a chat with them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send us a private message.
- How is my information protected?

Your safety and privacy are very important to us. All information, including your messages, are secure and private.
- Are there Care Advocates that speak Spanish?

At this time, fully supported languages include English and Spanish.
AdventHealth App FAQs
- Where do I get the AdventHealth app?

You can download the AdventHealth app on App Store or the Google Play Store. Once you've downloaded the app, you'll need to log on with your existing AdventHealth.com login or create a new account.
- How do I create a login for the AdventHealth app?

To get started, you'll need to download the app from App Store or the Google Play store. Once you open it, you'll be prompted to either use an account you already have, or create a new one. Please select "create a new login," and fill out the form with all of your information. Once you're done, select "create account," and your new account will populate all of your medical information.
- I forgot the password for my AdventHealth app.

To reset your password, you can click "Forgot Password" on the sign in page of the AdventHealth app. From there, you can enter your email address to start the process of resetting your password.
- What do I do if my AdventHealth app account is disabled?

After too many failed attempts to log into your account, we lock accounts to protect your records. In order to access your account, you'll need to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the sign in screen.
- Who can I contact if I'm having issues with the app?

We recommend giving our support hotline a call at Call855-238-8791. Our team is available from 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Fridays.
