Nicole McCormick, DNP

Nicole McCormick, NP, AdventHealth Transplant Institute Porter, seeks to get to know each person, understand their values and goals, and then work together to align care to those values. She is honored to be a part of each person's transplant journey.

Nicole attended Thomas Jefferson University for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She also attended the University of Colorado for her Master’s of Science and Doctor of Nursing Practice. Nicole is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. She enjoys strength training and teaches yoga in her community. Nicole is an avid reader and lifelong student.

Nicole is passionate about providing optimal education to patients and families so they can be active members of their health care team. She is also interested in initiatives to improve quality of life before and after transplant.
